Arts On Main Exhibit May 17 to July 4, 2017

To celebrate Canada's 150th birthday, South Simcoe Arts Council is pleased to provide an exhibition of paintings from various artists including Nancy McHardy's RCMP Musical Ride in acrylic on canvas. This exhibition will show on the main street of Alliston from May 17th to July 4, 2017. Nancy's RCMP painting will be hanging in the South Simcoe Arts Council on 41 Victoria Street East, Alliston.

BAC Gallery Featured Artist in May, 2017

The Opening Reception at the Barrie Art Club for Featured Artist Nancy McHardy, went very well on Sunday May 7, 1 to 3pm Two paintings were sold on May 7. The balance of the paintings will hang in the Barrie Art Club for the entire month of May. Nancy McHardy Nancy's passion for horses and nature provides the inspiration for her paintings. She creates calm scenic landscapes and sunsets seen in her travels throughout Simcoe County, Muskoka and Georgian Bay.  Her work can be seen on her website: www.darkhorseartistry.com

Art at The Northway Restaurant

You can enjoy a tasty home cooked meal and see various paintings by Nancy displayed at the Northway Restaurant. The Northway is located off Hwy 11 North on the northbound side at Line 5 in Oro. The paintings displayed are all for sale and prices are posted. See Mary if you are interested in purchasing a painting, or call Nancy McHardy at 705-718-5781. If you have your own scene you would like painted, ask Nancy. She can photograph the scene or paint from a photo you have provided.  There are new paintings coming up. Commissioned paintings are popular.
